Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer-Backend to join their innovative team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, to deliver new capabilities and improve the maintainability, reliability, and performance of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust backend systems that meet the needs of users.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and refine product requirements.
- Enhance existing software solutions to improve performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in backend development with languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Proficiency in database management systems like SQL or NoSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control and CI/CD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering, with a focus on backend development.
