You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, to deliver innovative capabilities and improve the maintainability, reliability, and performance of the products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and develop solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in backend software development.
