Our client is seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience in Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM/Drools) to design and implement business rules and decision automation solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement business rules using Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM/Drools).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business rules and decision automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM/Drools).
- Familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.

Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with Java and RHDM/Drools.
