About this role
Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack to join their team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features for a production application while also enhancing existing functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement all aspects of application design, from initial concepts to final deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop high-quality software solutions.
- Fix bugs and enhance application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Ensure the application is secure, scalable, and maintains high performance standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in full-stack development with experience in technologies such as React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
