Our client is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with expertise in automation frameworks to join their innovative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through automated testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for testing applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in software testing and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation frameworks.
