In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-native workflow automation products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for our AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create effective testing strategies.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools.
- Perform regression, performance, and load testing to ensure product quality.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the development of best practices in QA processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in AI or voice technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
