Our client is seeking a Senior NodeJS Developer to join their dynamic team on a contractual basis, working remotely. In this role, you will contribute to innovative projects that connect skilled professionals with global teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using NodeJS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in NodeJS and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on NodeJS.
