Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Netezza Developer to join their data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with IBM Netezza (PureData System for Analytics), developing high-performance data pipelines, optimizing SQL queries, and working on complex ETL and data warehouse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performance data pipelines using IBM Netezza.
- Optimize SQL queries for maximum efficiency and performance.
- Design and implement complex ETL processes to support data warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the data lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with IBM Netezza and its ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a similar role.
