About this role
Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Web Developer for a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance, quality, and growth of the company's website, which is a key customer acquisition channel. We are looking for an expert who can independently audit the current setup, diagnose issues, and implement solutions without needing predefined instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical quality across the website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with the Organic team to enhance SEO and AEO health, focusing on Core Web Vitals and site performance.
- Diagnose and resolve performance regressions on both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Build and launch landing pages for various marketing initiatives, creating scalable templates and reusable components.
- Partner with Design and Marketing to deliver high-quality, fast user experiences.
- Improve the website-to-signup journey and reduce onboarding friction through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance development processes and identify productivity opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years of web development experience.
- Deep expertise in Webflow, including CMS architecture, custom code integration, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with experimentation, analytics, and conversion optimization tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Statsig, and Hotjar is a plus.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO principles.
- Experience integrating websites with product onboarding and marketing systems.
- AI fluency and comfort using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
