Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex web applications using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and Next.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and AWS.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB or SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
