About this role
Our client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their team and contribute to a two-phase product development for an Indian nanny placement startup based in Bangalore. This role involves building a parent portal and an operations console, requiring expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the initial version of the parent portal using Softr and Airtable, ensuring seamless integrations with AiSensy/gupshup (WhatsApp), Razorpay, and Google Calendar.
- Lead the second phase of the project by rebuilding the application using Next.js, Supabase, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui.
- Create an operations console on Retool to enhance the platform's functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets user needs and business goals.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Next.js and Supabase or Postgres.
- Experience with Airtable API and Razorpay integration.
- Proven track record of shipping B2C or services products.
- Fluent in Indian English and available to work in the Indian timezone.
- Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API integration is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in full-stack development, with a strong focus on building scalable applications.
