Our client is looking for a Senior Embedded Engineer to join their team full-time in India. As a custom product engineering company, they support both multinational organizations and scaling startups in solving their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts, and product owners, they engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing embedded systems and software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of embedded systems into various products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop embedded software for various applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system architecture and requirements
- Conduct testing and validation of embedded systems to ensure performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and debug embedded systems and software issues
- Document design processes and technical specifications
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in embedded systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in embedded software development using C/C++ and assembly language
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers and microprocessors
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux
- Familiarity with hardware interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, and GPIO
- Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Experience Level:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems development
- Experience in working on complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
