Senior Data Scientist

Our client is seeking a Senior Data Scientist / AI Consultant to join their team on a remote contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects within a leading global AI company. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and evaluate machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI workflows.
• Solve complex real-world data science challenges across various domains.
• Develop scalable Python-based analytical solutions to support business objectives.
• Evaluate AI models and optimize performance based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or AI Consultant, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of generative AI techniques and their applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Level:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a related field, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
