Senior Consultant - Information Security

Our client is seeking a Senior Consultant in Information Security to support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives. This role will focus on various aspects of cybersecurity including security governance, cyber risk management, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud security governance, compliance programs, and client assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and security teams to enhance operational security maturity.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats.
• Manage and oversee security operations, ensuring effective incident response and threat management.
• Provide guidance on cloud security governance and best practices.
• Support client assurance activities to maintain trust and security in client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on governance and risk management.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Proficiency in vulnerability management tools and security operations practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in information security and cybersecurity consulting.
