Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Consultant to join their Analytics & BI - Delivery department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a project focused on migrating reports to Tableau, ensuring a seamless transition and enhancing data analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand existing source reports, including functionality and data sources.
- Design and implement Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau best practices.
- Monitor and optimize performance of Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in BI and analytics to bring innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Tableau, including dashboard creation and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business intelligence and analytics, with a focus on Tableau.
