The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a project focused on migrating reports to Tableau, ensuring a seamless transition and enhancing data analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand existing source reports, including functionality and data structure.
- Design and implement Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.
- Train and support team members and stakeholders on Tableau best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Tableau and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.
