Our client is seeking a Senior Associate for their Global Service Desk to enhance their commitment to providing integrated technologies and services within the healthcare sector. This role is crucial in ensuring that the service desk operates efficiently and effectively, supporting the needs of customers and their patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and inquiries from users globally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Document and track incidents and requests using the service desk management system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service desk processes and user experience.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service desk policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance team performance and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices in service management.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
