Our client is seeking a Senior Android Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a variety of Android devices, including mobile phones and tablet computers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development and a passion for creating high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bugs to improve application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Android SDK, Java, and RxJava.
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Android development.
