About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team in India. In this role, you will partner with Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and Infrastructure and Operations teams to maximize the value delivered by the teams. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the Team Backlog is prioritized and aligned with organizational objectives, while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Scrum Master responsibilities, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Assist teams in meeting delivery goals by teaching and coaching SAFe methodologies.
- Implement SAFe principles and practices to enhance team performance and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) are a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Scrum Master roles or related project management positions.
