Our client is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) to join their team. The ideal candidate will independently deliver HRIS module configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery while showcasing growing functional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
- Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
- Configure and test modules to meet client requirements.
- Perform or support data migration activities to ensure seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide training and support to clients post-implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
- Strong understanding of HRIS best practices and system design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in data migration processes and configuration testing.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in HRIS consulting, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
