Our client is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their quality engineering team focused on building reliable and scalable automation solutions. This position involves expanding UI and API automation coverage across modern web applications and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright.
- Design and implement API automation tests to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Playwright and API testing tools.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software testing and automation.
