Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.

- Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and support to clients and end-users on SAP ECP functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to deliver best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Benefits.
- Strong understanding of US payroll regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP ECP or related fields.
