Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Support Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management and service request handling within the SAP PM module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
- Handle day-to-day incidents, troubleshooting, and service requests.
- Support business users and resolve SAP PM-related issues.
- Participate in implementation and support activities across SAP PM projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP PM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business users and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with SAP best practices and methodologies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PM functional support or related roles.
