SAP MM - Trainer

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP MM Trainer based in India to join their team. This role is designed for a professional with deep expertise in Materials Management who can develop and deliver effective training programs for business users and functional teams. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the understanding and utilization of SAP S/4HANA MM processes and SAP Fiori applications within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training materials and resources for SAP S/4HANA MM processes and SAP Fiori applications.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to business users and functional teams.
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet the specific requirements of different user groups.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing questions and facilitating hands-on practice.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training content with business objectives and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP MM Trainer with a strong understanding of Materials Management processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM and SAP Fiori applications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
• Relevant SAP certification is preferred.

Experience Level:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MM, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional role.
