Our client, a leading global healthcare and consulting organization, is seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Lead to drive the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across global business functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation delivery, S/4HANA transformation programs, stakeholder management, deployment governance, and cross-functional execution within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Oversee deployment governance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects, particularly with S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP implementation and project management.
