Our client, a leading global healthcare and consulting organization, is seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Lead to drive the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation initiatives across global business functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation delivery, S/4HANA transformation programs, stakeholder management, deployment governance, and cross-functional execution within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of SAP implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to deployment governance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks and issues, providing timely resolutions and updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and integration of business processes.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP implementation, with a focus on S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and their application in business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP implementation and project management.
