The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, and production support. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, payroll schemas, and integration with other SAP HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects from start to finish.
- Configure and customize payroll schemas according to client requirements.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot payroll issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and payroll processing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM with other modules.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in SAP HCM Payroll with a focus on implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll schemas and configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: 8-10 years in SAP HCM Payroll consulting.
