SAP Functional Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who have developed strong, hands-on expertise in one or more SAP functional modules and are looking to balance technical responsibilities with emerging leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP functional projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to best practices.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP systems with other business processes and technologies.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and enhancements to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in one or more SAP functional modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FICO, HR).
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and implementation, with a solid understanding of business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.

Experience Level:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP functional roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus, though not mandatory.
