Our client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to work closely with the CFO and Finance Leadership team. The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP Finance & Controlling expertise, financial governance knowledge, and business controlling skills to support strategic finance initiatives, reporting, compliance, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CFO and Finance Leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
- Support the implementation and optimization of financial processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and governance standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff on SAP FICO best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in SAP FICO with a strong understanding of finance and controlling processes.
- Proven track record of working with senior finance leadership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO consulting or similar roles.
