Our client is seeking a skilled SAP CPQ Architect to play a pivotal role in their digital transformation initiatives within a leading semiconductor company. This position is essential for shaping the future-state quoting and configuration architecture across sales and services organizations. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the quoting process, ultimately driving improved sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CPQ solutions.
- Design and implement the architecture for quoting and configuration processes, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Analyze existing quoting environments, particularly focusing on SAP ECC’s Configurator, and recommend enhancements or migrations to improve functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, processes, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP CPQ Architect or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of quoting and configuration processes.
- Proficiency in SAP CPQ, SAP ECC, and related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or similar sectors is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in SAP or related fields are advantageous.
Experience Level:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP solutions architecture, with a focus on CPQ systems.
- Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
