About this role
Our client is actively seeking an expert Corporate Trainer based in India for an upcoming online training deployment on the SAP CAR module. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise in the SAP ecosystem, specifically in merchandise planning and data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging online training sessions for corporate professionals on the SAP CAR module.
- Develop and customize training materials that align with core training modules and topics, including SAP Merchandise Planning 6.0 FPS02, Retail, Omnichannel, and Data Integration Model with SAP S/4HANA.
- Assess the training needs of participants and adapt content accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees during and after the training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in SAP CAR and related modules.
- Strong background in SAP Merchandise Planning, Retail, and Omnichannel strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a corporate audience.
- Experience in online training delivery and familiarity with virtual training tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP training or related fields.
