Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on expertise in SAP system administration, installation, upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and support. This role requires strong technical knowledge across SAP landscapes and the ability to manage complex SAP environments while ensuring system availability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, and refresh activities.
- Manage and monitor SAP landscapes to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Conduct system migrations and upgrades while minimizing downtime.
- Implement performance tuning measures to enhance system efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system requirements and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP Basis administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, and BW.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as Oracle, HANA, or SQL Server.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in SAP Basis roles.
