Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to join their team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Basis administration, particularly in cloud environments, and a passion for driving modernization projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Implement and maintain SAP solutions in AWS environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis issues, including system performance and connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with development teams to facilitate smooth deployments and upgrades.
- Monitor system health and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure system integrity.
- Document processes and create knowledge base articles to support team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, with a focus on cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and their integration with SAP systems.
- Proficiency in SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in SAP Basis administration.
