Our client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support AMS engagements for global clients. The role focuses on L2/L3 production support, incident and problem management, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement in a SLA-driven, ITIL-based support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP FI and CO modules.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs.
- Manage problem resolution and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Implement minor enhancements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain documentation related to support processes and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in SAP FICO modules (FI and CO).
- Proficiency in incident management and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and SLA management.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO consulting and support.
