Our client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support Application Management Services (AMS) engagements for global clients. The role focuses on L2/L3 production support, incident and problem management, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement in a SLA-driven, ITIL-based support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP FI and CO modules.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Assist in minor enhancements and system upgrades as required.
- Document processes, procedures, and resolutions for knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP FICO modules (FI and CO).
- Proficiency in incident management and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA management.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and clients.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO consulting and support.
