Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions tailored to HR modules, specifically focusing on Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing SAP HR applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming with a focus on HR modules.
- Proven experience in SAP HR Mini Master (PA/OM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP HR consulting roles.
