Our client is seeking a Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both the functional and technical aspects of Salesforce, enabling them to deliver effective solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the Salesforce implementation process.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or related roles.
