Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Tester to join their team in Hyderabad. This is a contract position that requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in quality assurance testing, particularly within the Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Utilize JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
- Perform functional testing, UI/UX testing, and usability testing.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
- Identify, record, and track defects to ensure resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing.
- Proven experience in Salesforce QA testing.
- Proficiency in using testing tools like JIRA.
- Strong understanding of QA testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
