Our client is seeking a Salesforce QA Lead with extensive experience in leading quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, automation testing, and a proven track record of ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manual testing efforts and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Manage the defect lifecycle to ensure timely resolution and high-quality outcomes.
- Create, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide QA insights.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices and testing methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in QA roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong experience in Salesforce automation testing.
- In-depth knowledge of QA testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
