Our client is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager based in India to join their collaborative technology team. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project execution for Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce or project management methodologies are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically with Salesforce projects.
