Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer IV to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance business processes and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system integration and data migration tasks to ensure seamless operation across platforms.
- Create and manage custom objects, workflows, and validation rules to optimize functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure the platform is utilized effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Lightning components and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Architect are a plus.
