Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud Solution Designer with strong expertise in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and Enterprise Sales Management (ESM) within Telecom BSS environments. This role is remote and offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions tailored to B2B and B2C requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and support pricing management strategies.
- Ensure seamless integration of ESM processes within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, especially in EPC and ESM.
- Strong understanding of Telecom BSS environments and product catalog design.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in Salesforce solution design, with a focus on telecom-related solutions.
