About this role
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Communications Cloud EPC CPQ Developer for a 12-month contract engagement. This role is focused on building and configuring Enterprise Product Catalog and CPQ solutions to enhance complex telecommunications product and quoting flows. The position allows for remote work, but candidates must be available during ANZ business hours for effective collaboration with the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions with a focus on EPC and CPQ.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement custom solutions to meet business needs in the telecommunications sector.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EPC and CPQ functionalities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, particularly EPC and CPQ modules.
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and its product offerings.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, specifically with EPC and CPQ.
