Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team on a contractual basis. This role involves acting as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams for various Salesforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Create and manage user stories to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business requirements.
- Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and prioritize tasks in Jira to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC) and its functionalities.
- Proficient in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- Experience in creating functional specifications and user stories.
- Familiarity with UAT processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, particularly with Salesforce.
