Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team on a contractual basis. This role is essential for acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirement gathering and business process analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Create user stories to guide development and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs.
- Manage and prioritize tasks in Jira to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Salesforce/SFDC.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirement gathering techniques.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience with UAT processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Jira.
