Our client is a global leader in Intelligent Support-as-a-Service, seeking a Technical Support Consultant with a focus on Networking to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for networking issues via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to networking products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the support database.
  • Assist in the development of support documentation and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with troubleshooting network hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, Cisco routers, or similar technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical support role, preferably in networking.
