Our client is a global leader in Intelligent Support-as-a-Service, seeking a Technical Support Consultant with a focus on Networking to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for networking issues via various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to networking products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the support database.
- Assist in the development of support documentation and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with troubleshooting network hardware and software.
- Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, Cisco routers, or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical support role, preferably in networking.
