About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This is a remote position based in India, with an initial contract duration of 6 months, and potential for extensions. The target start date is October 1st, 2026.
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying SailPoint ISC solutions that enhance identity governance, lifecycle management, and access certifications across the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that IAM strategies align with business objectives and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SailPoint ISC solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
- Lead identity governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Manage access certification campaigns to validate user access rights.
- Integrate SailPoint ISC with various cloud applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in identity security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a SailPoint ISC Architect or similar role.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA) principles.
- Experience with lifecycle management, access certifications, and provisioning processes.
- Familiarity with cloud application integration and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Experience Level:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM solutions, with at least 3 years specifically focused on SailPoint ISC.
