Our client is seeking a Robotic Process Automation Developer to join their team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA technologies and a passion for automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
- Document automation processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation development.
