Our client is seeking a skilled Remote React Developer for a mid-senior contract position to address critical issues in a production dashboard for a business application. The dashboard is already built, but several urgent fixes are required to ensure a seamless client demonstration. This role demands rapid troubleshooting, efficient problem-solving, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within a strict 24-hour timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve React dashboard rendering issues.
- Fix API integration bugs impacting data display and functionality.
- Repair authentication flow to ensure secure and reliable user access.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Conduct final QA testing to verify all fixes and overall stability.
- Deploy the updated production build within the required timeframe.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience with RESTful API integration and debugging.
- Familiarity with authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues rapidly.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Availability to start immediately and commit to a 24-hour turnaround.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience in React development and a strong background in web application troubleshooting.
