About this role
We are looking for a QA Engineer – Trade Finance Digitalization to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of a Trade Finance Front-End Digital Portal. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise in Trade Finance and hands-on experience in testing digital banking applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for complex trade finance workflows, including Import/Export Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, and other related financial instruments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure that all aspects of the digital portal meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for trade finance applications.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure application reliability.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate testing sessions with stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and trade finance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, particularly in digital banking or trade finance.
- Strong knowledge of trade finance products and workflows.
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies, including automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience Level:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on financial applications.
